Trade resources with other commanders. A small SE commission applies per trade.
The market, unlocked by the Trading Post, lets commanders swap resources with one another. You trade resources for resources — Space Dust, Alien Ore, and Bio-Mass in any combination. Space Energy itself is never traded on the market; it is only used to pay the commission. A flat 2% SE commission (with a small minimum) is charged on the buyer side of every trade.
Listings are priced in SE per 100 units of the resource being offered. The market uses reference rates to keep prices anchored, and listings must fall within a sensible band of those rates.

A listing priced within the fair band that hasn't sold after 12 hours is automatically fulfilled, so reasonable offers never sit forever. Price competitively to sell faster, or list near the fair band and let the guarantee do the work. The Trading Post's level sets how many listings you can keep open at once.
